A customer reference roundtable will provide you with a forum to interact with a current customer who has already completed the decision-making process and followed through with a successful implementation. Seating is limited to 10 to 12 attendees to ensure interaction and to maintain the intimacy of the event. Marel uses SAP Document Presentment by OpenText for practically all their output from SAP and PLM. To name just a few: quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists, goods receipt slips, material labels, shipment labels, quality documents, assembly instructions, CE certificates, bills of material, spare part books. SAP Document Presentment is very strong in enriching the data put on the documents you send out, e.g. we add drawings to our outgoing purchase orders, thus combining SAP data with PLM data. Next to the obvious production of (electronic) documents we also use SAP Document Presentment for basic interfacing, e.g. when creating a packing list we send an xml file to our shipping partner at the same time. Buckinghamshire County Council | SAP Interactive Forms and Arch FLM

Buckinghamshire County Council administers strategic local government services in the County of Buckinghamshire, in the South East Centre of England, serving a population of approximately 500,000. The Council provides many local government services including social services, education, libraries and public roads as well as the Shared Service functions at the HQ (IT, HR, Finance) to support all resident-facing services. The introduction of SAP eforms enabled the elimination of paper flows between 200 schools (approx 12,000 staff) across the County and Service functions at the centre (approx. 4,000 staff).Data is validated on input ensuring all forms are fully completed and errors eliminated, benefitting users and the Centre. This allowed Payroll cut-off dates to be later so many more payments are made on time. The system is supported by the Buckinghamshire SAP Support Team (A Certified SAP Centre of Expertise). SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute enables the services companies to standardize their approach to data mediation. With flexible workflow functionality, it allows for collecting data from a wide range of sources producing data, such as network equipments or any kind of devices and softwares. It filters, transforms and consolidates feeds in order to ensure smooth and efficient data management operations. Designed for both online real-time and offline batch processing, SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute provides single, unified platform for all your mediation activity. An affiliate of Orange, Mobistar is present in Belgium and Luxembourg, providing fix and wireless coverage, and various value-added-services for the B2C and B2B market. It currently has 5.1 million mobile subscribers. The project was a replacement of the existing mediation system to provide a real cross domain mediation. The target architecture was one of simplification and rationalization through industry standards and best practices. MediationZone was selected as one of those software products that met the flexibility and “business support” without a lot of IT focus requirements. The project has been divided in various phases, covering both Orange Luxemburg and Orange Belgium, for billing (Online and Batch) mediation as well as for OSS mediation, M2M enablement, Diameter Routing Functions, etc..
